The foreign spouse from Cambodia, who has been legally resided in Taiwan (R.O.C.) since before March 31, 2007 and whose marriage is indeed real, as per nationality Act the proviso to Article 9, does not have to submit the evidencing document of loss of Cambodia nationality when applying for naturalization.
